The website fimaster.com.br is operated by TiMo Midia Ltda., a private legal entity registered under CNPJ n.º 62.179.475/0001-44, with registered address at Rua Ana de Carvalho Silveira, n.º 287, Bairro Silveira, Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil, CEP 31.140-440 (“TiMo Midia”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using Fimaster, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this document in its entirety.
PART I — PRIVACY POLICY
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected from users in the United States and describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and other applicable US state privacy laws.
2. Information we collect
- Identifiers: IP address, cookie IDs, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system.
- Internet activity: pages visited, links clicked, time on site, referring URLs.
- Contact information (voluntary): name and email address when you contact us.
- Advertising inferences: audience segments derived from browsing behaviour for advertising purposes, managed by Google Ad Manager and PubLinker.
- Push notification data: device token via PushAlert, exclusively with your prior express consent.
3. How we use your information
- Delivering and improving our financial content and comparison tools;
- Audience analytics via Google Analytics;
- Serving targeted advertising through Google Ad Manager and PubLinker;
- Sending push notifications with your consent (PushAlert);
- Responding to your inquiries;

4. Sharing personal information
We share data with Google LLC (analytics and advertising), PubLinker (ad mediation) and PushAlert (push notifications). We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, sharing data with advertising partners may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA. You may opt out as described below. TiMo Midia is not responsible for the content of advertisements served by third-party programmatic networks.
5. Your rights — California (CCPA/CPRA)

- Right to Delete: request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising;
- Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive PI: limit use of sensitive personal information to necessary purposes;
- Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
6. Your rights — Virginia (CDPA) and Colorado (CPA)
Residents of Virginia and Colorado have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, and opt out of the processing of their personal data for targeted advertising or profiling. Submit requests to [email protected].

9. Data retention
Browsing data is retained for up to 12 months. Personal information is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for the purposes described above.
10. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encryption and access controls to protect personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure or loss.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be indicated by updating the revision date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
PART II — TERMS OF USE
12. Acceptance
Accessing or using fimaster.com.br constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and TiMo Midia Ltda.
13. Permitted use
The site is intended exclusively for informational consultation about financial products. You may share links to editorial content without modification, with attribution. Any other use requires prior written authorisation from TiMo Midia.
14. Intellectual property
All site content — including texts, comparison tables, graphics, logos, source code and editorial structure — is the exclusive property of TiMo Midia Ltda. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from TiMo Midia:
- Reproducing, publishing or redistributing site content, in whole or in part;
- Using scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers or any automated tool to extract content or data (scraping);
- Creating derivative databases from Fimaster content;
- Using content to train artificial intelligence models without express authorisation.
Scraping and automated data extraction constitute copyright infringement under the DMCA and give rise to civil liability for damages, including statutory damages. TiMo Midia will pursue all available legal remedies, including DMCA takedown notices and civil litigation. Unauthorised computer access may additionally be prosecuted under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), 18 U.S.C. § 1030.
15. Advertising responsibility
Fimaster displays programmatic advertisements from third-party networks including Google AdX, MCM and PubLinker. TiMo Midia is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality or offers of advertisers. Users assume all risk from interactions with third-party advertising. Abusive or deceptive advertisements should be reported to [email protected].
16. Prohibited conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited, without prejudice to applicable civil and criminal liability:
- DoS/DDoS attacks: any attempt to overload or disrupt Fimaster’s servers will be reported to the FBI and other law enforcement authorities and may result in federal criminal prosecution under the CFAA, 18 U.S.C. § 1030, carrying penalties including imprisonment of up to 10 years for a first offence.
- Unauthorised access (credential stuffing, brute force, vulnerability exploitation): constitutes a federal offence under the CFAA, 18 U.S.C. § 1030. Will be reported to authorities immediately. Civil damages may also be sought under 18 U.S.C. § 1030(g).
- Misleading redistribution of financial content: modifying or redistributing Fimaster content to mislead users about financial products may violate FTC regulations on deceptive practices and gives rise to civil liability for damages.
- Automated data extraction (scraping): subjects the infringer to civil liability under the DMCA and potential CFAA prosecution.
- Unsolicited commercial email (spam): using contact data obtained from the site to send unsolicited commercial messages may violate the CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7704, subject to civil penalties up to $51,744 per violation.
- Any other unlawful conduct under US federal or state law.
17. Abuse reporting

Use this channel to report privacy violations, illegal or abusive content, cyberattacks, or deceptive advertising. We commit to responding to all reports within 48 hours and taking appropriate action, including reporting to federal and state authorities when warranted.
18. DMCA notices
If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on our site without authorisation, please send a DMCA takedown notice to [email protected] with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We will respond promptly.
19. Suspension of access and user blocking
TiMo Midia reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently block access by any user or IP address that violates these Terms, attacks the infrastructure, performs scraping or engages in abusive conduct. Blocking may be accompanied by formal legal notice and referral to law enforcement.
20. Limitation of liability
Fimaster content is strictly informational and educational. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation or credit offer. TiMo Midia does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of information. Users assume full responsibility for financial decisions made in reliance on site content. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMO MIDIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights afforded to US users under the CCPA/CPRA, CFAA, DMCA, CAN-SPAM Act or other applicable US federal and state legislation.
22. Changes to these Terms
TiMo Midia may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
