Advertising intermediation for the website is provided by TIMO MIDIA, a private legal entity registered under CNPJ n.º 62.179.475/0001-44, responsible solely for the mediation of the programmatic advertising inventory displayed on Fimaster.

PART I — PRIVACY POLICY
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected from users in the United States and describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and other applicable US state privacy laws.
2. Information we collect
- Identifiers: IP address, cookie IDs, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system.
- Internet activity: pages visited, links clicked, time on site, referring URLs.
- Contact information (voluntary): name and email address when you contact us.
- Advertising inferences: audience segments derived from browsing behaviour for advertising purposes, managed by Google Ad Manager and PubLinker.
- Push notification data: device token via PushAlert, exclusively with your prior express consent.
3. How we use your information
- Delivering and improving our financial content and comparison tools;
- Audience analytics via Google Analytics;
- Serving targeted advertising through Google Ad Manager and PubLinker;
- Sending push notifications with your consent (PushAlert);

4. Sharing personal information
We share data with Google LLC (analytics and advertising), PubLinker (ad mediation) and PushAlert (push notifications). We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. 5. Your rights — California (CCPA/CPRA)

- Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
6. Your rights — Virginia (CDPA) and Colorado (CPA)
Residents of Virginia and Colorado have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, and opt out of the processing of their personal data for targeted advertising or profiling. Submit requests to [email protected].

Browsing data is retained for up to 12 months. Personal information is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for the purposes described above.
